The hotel offers attractive photos, giving a good first impression. the reality falls short. Rooms have sharp edges on tables and beds, posing a hazard for children. the staff's behavior, including the receptionist and hotel manager, was lacking in hospitality. the room had a strong smell, and the promised amenities did not live up to expectations. the experience was disappointing and did not meet our standards.
